Some strengths within Ripley Entertainment consists of global position, high profitability and revenue, over 100 years of odd collections and exhibits, over 30 attractions worldwide, and experienced in entertainment in the entertainment industry. This campaign will utilize the strengths of the brand to reach more customers interest that will drive more engagement online.
Some weak areas within Ripley Entertainment is the amount of content available, lack of popularity of attraction in Orlando, lack of public relations for the specific Orlando location, lack of department handling specific Orlando location, and too many campaigns running at any given time. This campaign will address the need for more attention in regards to each location to better drive social engagement and sales.
Some opportunities within Ripley’s come in the form of online networking and online engagement. These opportunities can impact the campaign by supporting local engagement that occurs between males ages 25 – 34. These opportunities can leverage an even greater social engagement if utilized accurately and correctly through campaigns and profitability advertisement
The results conducted by iheart media reveled that 9 out of 10 people were aware of the Ripley’s Brand (Eouse, 2018).
